1. Can I come by and tour the facility?

We are happy to make an appointment for you to tour our facility to insure you an exclusive experience and avoid disrupting events in progress.

2. How much does it cost to rent the facility?

There are several factors that determine rental cost. Pricing information is based on the type of event, number of attendees, day of the week, and length of the rental. We will provide you with a proposal once we have collected this information. A deposit is required to secure you preferred space and date. 

3. What comes with my rental?

The basic rental contract includes the desired rooms, as well as tables and chairs required for your event. We also have basic linen options available at no additional charge. All other items such as wireless microphones, projectors, linen selection, glassware, décor, dance floor, bar, etc., are all available at additional charges.  You are welcome to make your own arrangements for these items but please note that delivery and clean up must be completed within your rental period. Outside vendors may not use the in-house audio/video system.

4. Can I come in early to set up and decorate?

Set up and tear down should be considered at booking and incorporated into the contract. If your event will include live entertainment such as a band or DJ, set up and tear down time must fall within your contracted time.

5. Can I bring in my own food?

We are proud to have our own culinary staff and onsite kitchen to provide you with delicious options. You are welcome to provide your own decorated cake but other outside food is prohibited. You can review our menu and pricing on our website.

6. Do you cater to other sites?

Yes, we offer full service catering throughout Wise County. We can meet all of your off-site catering needs from cookie trays to full meals served at your location.

7. Can we bring alcohol into the facility?

Yes, for events such as weddings, quinceañeras, and corporate events, clients can provide their own alcoholic beverages. We do require TABC-licensed bartenders to serve all alcohol. Security officers are also required when alcohol is served. DCC will schedule bartenders and security officers for you but you will pay them separately before the end of your event. Please note that alcohol service will end one hour before the end of your contracted time.
